When I hit while playing baseball (I'm a right-handed hitter), the bat often pinches a spot on the right side of my palm, about half dollar sized, and can cause significant bruising and affect my swing. Does anyone know what causes this and how I could fix it? I wear batting gloves and even put a wrist band over my hand, but it still happens.
