Last night me and a friend of mine were intoxicated, we are both underage, and he came at me over an argument and my 42 inch lcd tv got broke in the process of us fighting. He started the fight and I was only defending myself. If he does not pay for the damage to the TV, what should I do? Should I take him to small claims court? If so what are my chances of winning the case?
