Good to see Brokeback Mountain win a Golden Lion. Not often gay films win prizes!

Congrats to Annie Proulx for writing such a brilliant titchy little book,Heath Ledger and Jake Gyllenhaal for bringing the bi cowboy characters to life and Ang Lee for directing.

I loved the book so can't wait to see it come to the cinema.

I think it'll be really good-looking forward to it. Jake Gyllenhaal is a brilliant actor so it should be a convincing film

I created a thread about this film AGES ago that died on its arse! I always knew it'd be a success and I'm glad to see my prediction coming true.

Should be an absolutely AMAZING film.

I'm sure someone has posted this link before. It's from the Yahoo forum where the trailer is linked.
The 30 page story can be read in 20 minutes - and if read twice (!) to make all those quick simple lines of dialogue and description stick - then it makes one long even more for the DVD to come out.
