Brokeback Mountain

There was a reason for this, It was a conscious decision on Heaths part. The character of Ennis is very quiet and tence. Heath described him in an Interview as a "Clenched fist". I thought he got it spot on.

I saw this at the cinema and have it on DVD. The film is a bit "slow" to start with and didn't really grip me until exactly one hour through when Alma sees Ennis and Jack kissing.

Must admit I had difficulty in understanding some of what Heath Ledger said. However, this was the first time I'd seen Heath and it wasn't until after I'd seen the film for the first time that I found out he was Australian!

I'm sort of riding the line on this one.

It deserved it's awarRAB purely because of the cinematograhphy - that is the way it was made and the locations were fantastic.

But the story was really boring.
