one from a Cherokee fit? The bell housing broke on my 91' Comanche's manual transmission. I've looked at various transmissions at the junk yard from a few Cherokees, unfortunately they were either 4 wheel drive or automatic, none of those would fit. So will one that is a two wheel drive and manual like my truck fit? Or should I give up looking for a similar setup? It seems if I chose to do so, I could fit an automatic from a Cherokee in with not much trouble. Just the effort of having a drive-shaft built to fit it. Which seems to be a viable option if I had the cash, but I'm in this situation looking for only the bell housing cause times are hard for a lot of us these days.
