In case you didn't know it is a fact that broccoli is a effective cancer fighting vegetable. Now my question is how is it better consumed? steamed or raw? I've read around that raw is the better way because cooking kills these cancer fighting chemicals but I also heard it the other way around; meaning, that cooking activates the ingredients.. I was not sure so I made my logical decision that it made more sense for the vegetable to be raw in order to help the body. But still I have doubt so I am asking here to see a second opinion from the people.
