THIS SUCK!!
my brothers wedding is in the 3 days and my cheek and chin is COVERED IN PIMPLES!! HUGEE!!!!
I rarely have pimple and i get some when important day is coming!ugh!! really mad! and i have a problem of PICKING at them!! i cant STAND seeing my face covered in pimples so i pick them all day! ive been trying to stop and washing my face at least 3 times a day. i used pimple medicine but its not working! anyone know anything i can use to take of pimple in 3 days!! really need help! thanks!

If there are a lot of them and they're really big, unfortunately they may not go away in time. If it's just one or two you can probably hide it with makeup. ALSO you have to stop stressing because it is making it worse. And just a tip i've heard that you can crush an aspirin and mix it with some lemon juice and it will really help a pimple, i've tried this but it doesn't work for me, but it might work for you. GOOD LUCK!!!
 
thanks dammie for the help imma try to do that see if it works well on my cheek i have like 4 small ones and a BIG one and on my chin i have like 3 of them.. but yeah.. i hope they go away in time thanks!

I know it might be hard, but try to stop picking at them, also I don't think washing your face 3 times a day is a good idea, over-washing of the face can actually trick your skin into thinking that it has dried out, and increase oil production which leaRAB to more nasty breakouts. I would stick to washing twice daily at the most. Unfortunately there's not a lot you can do except hope that it will clear up a bit before the wedding! Good luck! :)
 
Hey there-

If you are REALLY desperate, you can get a cortizone injection from a dermatologist in the larger one, since I'm assuming its the kind that is under the skin (the PAINFUL sort). But since that's probably not an option with wedding craziness and all, you can get cortizone cream from the pharmacy. This acts as an anti-inflammitory. Take ibuprofin as well since this helps inflamation too, to keep the evil thing as small as possible.

Tea tree oil works wonders for me, for the smaller types. Honestly I just go ahead and pop the smaller ones (NOT the big ones!!) with CLEAN hanRAB. Apply triple antibiotic afterwarRAB, or tea tree oil.

Drink plenty of water and try to get lots of sleep, and your body will help them heal quicker.

Oh- and on the day of, I've heard visine gets rid of reddness, if you soak a cotton ball and hold it on for awhile.
