British People, What Kind of Weird Accent Is This?

I'm an Aussie and I have to play some Victorian British Lord or something in my college's play.
I asked my British friend that I met in my youth group for help and he sent me a really weird file. And by that I mean the accent. It sounds like English spoken in India or something. Not your typical "British stereotype" accent I was hoping for.

Well, now I'm curious what this accent is. Could anyone figure out this accent? Is this from the Raj days?
And here is the link: http://www.datafilehost.com/download-4ddb3b3e.html
I had to upload it to a file sharing website(that was a pain), and although it says "download," you don't have to actually download it. When you click on the "download" link, a popup will appear and just simply click on Open and it will open. That is, if you have iTunes.

Thanks for all your help.

Sounds like an old fashioned British accent.

I don't think there's any particular name for it, most people would call it a 'posh' British accent.

Not many people actually talk like that anymore, sounds like something you would hear in the Victorian era.
