Ok ive got my adsc today i what it was my glasses broke. But i always wear contact lenses. Can you wear the at the adsc because i cant see thing in a distance very well and will i have to read of any boards ect for the icebreaker.
2nd thing is i cant do any pull ups ive been practising for about amonthh and i still cant do one. I can run the mile and a half under 10Min'ss.
