Britannia High is really good!

Okay correct me if I'm wrong but how could Jez have been studying economics when he's only just turned 17 - he'd only be in the first year of A Levels

I think Matthew James Thomas is great - Jez has become my fave programme. Last week I was trying to work out where I'd seen him before, and then it hit me he was in the excellent BBC drama The Lost Prince ( which I'd advise anyone to watch it really was amazing)

Kissmenow, would you like to Pm me with who it is *flutters eyeliRAB* :D Always love to get a bit of celeb gossip :p In the nehind the scenes programs, Matthew James-Thomas(Jez) Didn't come across too well Imho.

The BH album is out tomorow. I was thinking of getting it but i only want one track and thats 'watch this space', which was used in the trailer to advertise. I love that one.

i have an awful feeling if there was to be one, then we wouldve heard by now. unless they are waiting to see how well the final ep did in the ratings and also how the dvd sales go??

He chose Lauren. However, Lauren said she didn't want him so he used the same speech on Claudine but she had heard him say it to Lauren. He ended up being rejected by both of them.

I think the DVD sales have gone quite well because I was in two Woolworths a few weeks ago (one where I live and another one nearby) and in both of them there was a stand with the Britannia High dvd picture and big signs saying SOLD OUT :)
and this was before the closing down sales in Woolies so they were still full price at this point! :)

Just got this from sapphire (the real one)

Britannia High will not appear on screens again after just one series.
The teen music drama, created by Strictly Come Dancing judge Arlene Phillips and Take That songwriter Gary Barlow, has been scrapped due to poor ratings, according to The Sun.
The show, which cost

I actually thought yesterday's episode was the worst so far. The plotline was very slender with an obvious moral that was pounded home with a sledgehammer; so much so that to me, Lola stopped being a real person and became nothing more than a caricature for a large part of the story. I didn't care much for the over-dependance on celebrity cameos and the song and dance segments were also quite poor in relation to past episodes, which is a shame as they could have saved the whole thing.

What I want to know is... if Britannia High only has x number of (hard fought for) places and Lola's place at the school was given to another student after she quit, how was she able to just audition to get back in? Was the other student made to leave again so Lola could have her place back, or has Nugent just arbitrarily decided to let the very-costly school numbers rise by one on a whim? ;)

On the plus side, we did get a gratuitous scene of topless Danny, so the episode wasn't a complete wash-out! :D

I think it could be just the fact he is lying to his father about attending Britannia High, after all there is a clip where his dad slags off his career choice...
