Britannia High is really good!

Nah. Lauren has become smug and unpleasant. She was good in episode one, but the actress no longer brings any warmth to the part like she did back then. Claudine is the star now. Go Claudine! LOL! :)

this is from the britannia high fans bebo page, spread the word!

Would you like to follow the Britannia High students through their second year with a second series? Then make sure you write to the Director of Television at ITV and let them know!

BritanniaHighFans have contacted ITV asking about a second series and this is what they said:

"Unfortunately we have no news as yet about a second series, although we remain hopeful. Broadcasters do listen to viewers, so do feel free to encourage as many people as possible to write to Peter Fincham who is the Director of Television at ITV, stating how much you would like to see a second series."

Get all your frienRAB and family to write in!!! The address for Peter Fincham is below:

I have not watched a DRAMA on ITV for years. I watch the odd Corrie every now and then, but why on earth would I watch something on ITV? Police dramas and talent shows.

When they do launch something new, it's just derivative: Britannia High being a fine example. Also, Demons and Primeval are so obviously copies of Dr Who.

Is there no-one at ITV who can use their imagination anymore? Michael Grade really ought to pull his finger out. Chop out chunks of their programming, shift their schedules around. Get some freshness in there.

The only ITV progs I have watched lately have been Harry Hill (never miss him) and Benidorm. Just goes to show that we should not give up hope. ITV used to be the home of good sitcoms, then completely gave up. Benidorm was such a treat, and a real surprise to see something funny again.

Please bring back drama to ITV.

Your right
im doing As's at the moment (first year or Alevels, 1/2 an Alevel, lower 6th, year 12, whatever you like to call it)

I got confused by that as well. Jez wouldn't be studying economics at like uni or sumthing unless he was mega mega mega bright or sumthing

Maybe he was studying it at college with some other subjects, but i don't know, it makes no sense!

Ive just watched it for the first time and i dont even know who Jez is lol. I suppose its good if your into that kind of thing. Fairly low budget but i suppose its better than Corrie or Emmerdale taking up the timeslot. Keep the kiddies occupied until Christmas.

Well it is that according to wikipedia. I know wikipedia isn't particularly reliable though so maybe take it with a pinch of salt :D

Source: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Britannia_High Have a look at the summary of Ep 10.

I want her to be pregnant, but I doubt she will be - it's meant to be a family show and I think we only saw Danny and Lauren kiss about once - if that?

Yesterday's episode was really good and i enjoyed it much more than last week's episode. We are seeing it become more appealing & grittier - like tackling difficult teen issues such as dyslexia. Next week's episode looks promising too with concentration on Jez's personal problems.

Yes, the Lola and Stephan were unbeleivable but I enjoyed it nonetheless. This show is fantasy. You need to suspend disbelief to enjoy it. Of course it was no 'Fame,' which was the show of my childhood I think. But it was funny, innocent escapism and had good songs!
