Britannia High is really good!

looks like the way it was ended its an official goodbye to the show, afterall, lola is going off with stephan, bb is travelling etc. plus the "headmasters" dedication could also be aimed at the actors themselves as it was a year they have spent on it etc

shame its going, would have liked to have been at the live bit, but wish there was a bit more drama to it

fingers crossed the cast go and have successful careers there are some great singers/dancers amongst them

What the hell is Mark Benton doing in this show? He stanRAB out like a sore thumb. I can't help thinking of him still as the bank manager in those stupid Nationwide advert. He is toally wrong for the part of Principal Nugent, get rid of him now!

yes she did. she was always the underdog with the 'good voice'. Plus - she starved herself while thinking she was too fat, and collapsed.

So how it can be an 'original idea' ill never know.

Giving Britannia High a go as I'm a Strictly fan and quite like Arlene, I guess. Pleasantly surprised.. It's pretty good. Claudine is such a total bitch, she must be a good actress because whenever she's on screen you just want to give her a good smack.

The lead girl is seriously weak, though.

It's amazing that, given the terrible ratings they change the day of the 'big finale' so that most people who would have watched it missed it! I searched the TV guide and gave up as I couldn't find it. I then accidentally found it flicking through channels on Saturday waiting for SCD final to start! I think there would have been a lot of disappointed fans on Sunday evening! Around 2 million of them! Hardly the right way to go if they want a second series (but maybe they had given up on any hopes of this by then!)

BTW, the live final was awful! So you didn't miss much! Acting was appauling and there was no storyline and no ending!

Well I have just downloaded that last song "Growing Pains" from itunes, even with Danny singing 'frough the worst'!!! I am just as bad, but it's a great song. :)

Yes! I noticed that, but was expecting anything by then so it unfazed me. :p

ITV really seem to be having issues with dubbing this weekend. :D

I'm desperately hoping that that isn't true.

It seems far too serious and life-threatening to be used in something like this? I was hoping more something like diabetes - serious enough to cause drama, but managable.

I watched the whole series, wasn't hugely impressed but it was fluff all the same and some of the songs were catchy but what a disappointing last episode! Especially having watched the documentary and seeing how much effort went into it and how successful they thought it was going to be, it's a shame it was such a flop.
