Bright white flash pop inside of head

Hi,

Last night I was drifting off to sleep in a comfortable state as usual then all of a sudden, there was a bright white flash in my head and at the same time I heard a pop.

Well, this morning I am not feeling so hot, I have a weird horrible headache that I woke up with, I just am not feeling myself.

I had all of these weird crazy dreams last night, which I do normally dream anyway.

I don't know, does something like this cause for concern, or is this sometimes how a headache starts. I have never in my life had any headache that started this way.

I heard Bret Michaels say that his headache was like that too before he had to go to the ER. If you're still feeling out of sorts today you really need to get to the ER right away to make sure you didn't have a subcrainial hemmorage like Bret did.
