I am 59 years old working in a office, when I go out in hot and dry weather I feel severe breathing difficulty, dry mouth and feelings of blocked nose, No productive or dry cough and no sneezing. Is it Asthma or some kind of allergy and what is the treatment. Please advise me. Thanks & RegarRAB

It depenRAB what you mean by "breathing difficulty." When I'm having asthma, my chest feels tight and uncomfortable and I need to pant to get in enough air. Some people hear weird sounRAB called wheezing when they breathe.

When I go out in dry and hot weather, after few minutes stay there I feel choking and narrowing of the air passage and mind goes confused and need more airy place where I could breath and get more oxygen. But when I return back in the room and get cold air from air conditioner, after some times I feel normal. But suffocation in closed room and un-airy place always upsets me and make my mind confused. Is it Asthma
