okay, so I've been extremely bored lately and noticed that the "girls" have gotton smaller recently :/
So I did some research and found that fenugreek and flaxseed are good estrogen helpers.
I also read that topical usage (application directly onto skin) is a faster say to see results since oral consumption only distributes around 20% of the product to the body.
So I wanted to do a little experiment.
I'm just doing this b/c im wierd and just interested in this kind of stuff. Don't get me wrong, I like by breasts just that I have nothing to lose really so might as well try it
I was wondering if mixing flaxseed oil, dissolved fenugreek vitamin capsules, and some mashed purple yams and applying it onto my breasts would make them grow??
if ya'll have any other suggestions for me to add to my goop or other applications please let me know
