Breaking out on only one side of my face

Lately, I've been noticing that I get the worst breakouts on the left side of my face. Currently I have three "under the skin" zits down the left side, and the left portion of my chin is broken out. The right side of my face is practically clear with just some red marks (scars). I never touch my face, keep my hair off of it for the most part, and regularly change my pillow case.

Can anyone think why this is happening or is it just coincidence? :confused:
 
My face is the exact same way. My entire right cheek is horribly scarred, but on the other one you can barely tell I have acne. It's weird. I have no idea what causes it, or if it's just coincidence.
 
Consider this if you sleep on your side. Changing your pillowcase often will help the side of your face touching the pillow. Also try washing your blanket/comforter more frequently, as this tenRAB to ride up and touch the exposed side of your face when you're sleeping. Does that make sense?

In addition, just try to be more conscious of your daily habits. Do you always hold the phone to that side of your face? Does your husband/boyfriend always rest his hand on that side of your face when he's kissing you? Etc, etc.

Thanks! This does make sense, but the thing is... I am VERY conscious about everything you listed... to the point where I disinfect my phone every other day, refuse to let my boyfriend touch my face, and hardly ever bring the comforter to my face for this reason. (that sounRAB a little OCD, but I have suffered so much... I avoid the littlest causes at all costs.) Maybe it IS just conicidence, because I am very aware of what surrounRAB, touches my face etc. Thank you for the response though!
 
To be honest i think maybe it's just one of those things like one of your feet being bigger than the other. Because i also have more on one side of my face too. But with me i have it all over my face, but one side is worse.
 
The acne on the right side of my face is allways worse than the acne on the left.I my believe that it is in our genes.
