BREAKING NEWS..ON MCNABB!!?

Its not my money so I can't think of how it could be bad. I also can't see how it would affect his playing ability except that if therre was an issue of $, the Eagles decided it was better to have McNabb squared away to avoid hold out attempts in the offseason. Now that he is paid, he can concentrate and focus on the upcoming season.

Thumbs up to those who agree.

I am pretty sure if they asked Donovan, you want more money or TJ Houshmandazah...he would have taken TJ. Because with a big time receiver, they could go into the playoffs with a heck of a chance. McNabb is a team guy. He gets too much blame and not enough credit. The guy is an elite qb and earns everything he gets.

Too bad most Philly fans don't agree...it's a shame.

McNabb is in the top 10 quarterbacks in the league, year in and year out.

The Eagles front office is in the worst 10 year in and year out.

A quarterback can't win without at least one good wide receiver and at least a mediocre offensive line. (Unless your last name is Roethlisburger and you have 2 very good wide receivers to throw to) Even the great John Elway took over a decade to get his first ring because of mismanagement.

When the Eagles had TO (say what you will about him you cannot deny his skills) they won the NFC championship, since TO left their best receiver has been Brian Westbrook a runningback. McNabb has had absolutely no one to throw the ball to, and until he gets another good receiver the Eagles can throw as much money at McNabb as they want, they will not win.

good i guess. McNabb isn't that bad of a QB, like people think. when he's healthy he can usually get his team to the playoffs. but thats the problem, McNabb has gotten injured alot over his career.

so this could be good or bad depending on how he plays.
