Let's just let the UN handle it, I mean come on, we all know how good Resolution 1559 worked out. The UN demanded Hezbollah disband and remove all their weapons and they really forced them to comply.
The UN has a habit of asking people to do shit - hoping they'll comply - and lacking the balls to actually do something about it when they don't. Works in the benefit of both Lebanon/Hezbollah and Israel, in this case.
