Ron Artest said hes going to the Lakers!!

I don't think this is going to work. It is going to make the Lakers weaker. Do you guys think the Lakers are going to bad or better next year?
 
Only if the Lakers can't get Ariza. But the chances of Ariza staying is greater not staying. Of course Artest would be a good addtion to the Lakers, but..... let's wait for Ariza first.
 
What up Chris,

As big of a Trevor Ariza fan as i am. Ron Artest is an upgrade from Ariza. He's a better defender than Ariza- and given open (3)'s i think he can shoot a comparable percentage to Ariza. He adds a nastiness to the Lakers that they were able to overcome last year in the finals (mainly because they played an Orlando team that is more of a perimeter team) and so with the Cetlics healthy again and adding a Rasheed possibly (and with Cleveland adding Shaq) the Lakers needed to add some toughness and i think Ron brings that aspect to the Lakers along with someone who can guard: LeBron James and Paul Pierce should the Lakers face the Cavs or Celtics in the finals.

Chemistry is always a key and it's no guarantee ... even though Artest can be somewhat of a "psycho" he's a very heady basketball player and i think he will fit in just fine.
