Breakfast?

No kidding. Allergy season for me this year is the worst it's ever been. And
it's just getting started. Some mornings I can't even eat for a several
hours till I get it settled down.

Doc gave me two new allergy meds. Omnaris to replace the generic flonase...
waste of a sample and I won't be paying quadruple for something that isn't
any better, and Singulair in addition to cetirizine... no extra help... not
paying that high copay either. The neti pot helps a little bit.

Nodding. Two of the most common plants around here are juniper varieties

me one of the rubber syringes used to cleaning out ears and noses. Bit
easier to use without getting saline everywhere.

Having to eat really spicy foods so there's some sort of taste over the
nasal congestion :P That's a real sacrifice for me of course LOL.

Always the same - a plate of oatmeal porridge and a cup of coffee made
the Middle-Eastern way. It all tastes good, takes little effort to
prepare, and is as much as I want at that time of day.
