So Ive lost 100 pounds over the last year, im working on my core and weight lifting. Im forming some abs and my strength has gone up. Im 18. When I was in hs i made a list of things i wanted to do, one is learn to break dance. Is it to late. Even when I was overweight i was odly good at dancing in general. I know it may be to late to learn things like flares, but do you think its to late to learn the windmill at least? Experience is you have any?
