braxton hicks after sex at 33 weeks?

My sister called me and told me right after she had sex, she got a pretty painful contraction that lasted a while and hasn't been able to pee, now within an hour and a half of having sex she has had 2 more, is this normal or should she go to labor and delivery now?
 
I know when I was pregnant and pretty far along after having an orgasm I would have some pretty strong braxton hicks that were sometimes very uncomfortable and It would last a while. I know sometimes I have trouble going to the bathroom after sex but if she is concerned she could always call up labour and delivery and see what they say :)
