Brandon Jacobs or Carnell "Cadillac" Williams - Week 13?

Who should I start as my 2nd RB (Brandon Jacobs vs Dallas or Carnell "Cadillac" Williams vs Carolina)?
My other RB is Jamaal Charles who I am def starting!!

Im in a PPR:
Jacobs is proj at 21 vs Dallas thought he had 13pts vs Dallas in Week 2.
Williams is proj at 14 though he had 21 pts vs Carolina in Week 6.
 
no question about it... The Cadillac had its oil changed and will run for miles. Jacobs vs Dallas in week 2 - 16 carries for 58 yds..... very impressive. LAST 3 GAMES:
VS SD - 11 carries for 67 yds
VS ATL- 12 carries for 39 yds and 1 td
@ DEN - 11 carries for 27 yds
His carries and yards per carry has diminished. Dont expect him to run over the 6th best rush D.
Cadillac or Jacobs?
