I can't figure out how to set the Voice Dial feature. If I simply say, "dial 123-456-7890" it shows the number and ask for the confirmation to dial it, but when I say, "call ralph" it won't work, either giving me other names as options, or simply saying that it failed, even though ralph is set up as one of my contacts.

Is there a way to make this work?

Speak a little louder and slower when you try it again. I found on my phone if I talk to fast or not loud enough it does the same for me.

I tried that, but to no avail. Is there no way to do a voice recogniztion setup, or some kind of setup?
