I have changed the brake switch, i have changed the bulbs, checked the connections and done everything else, almost. My brake lights just won't work!! And i was pulled over for them being faulty, which is when i found out that they didn't work. =[[
So i am trying to find out the issue with them. My last two choices are thus: search the world for an owner's manual for this vehicle, as i cannot find it myself and replace the unknown fuse, OR change the part my mechanic suggested. The part was not the multifunction column, it was the piece inside the steering wheel connected to the column which he said did not work. A receiver piece, but not the thermal part. My blinkers and brakes are connected wiring wise. Would this most likely be linked to my faulty brake lights? Thank you!
