ok my roommate has a 99 jeep grand cherokee and the brake lights are not working, tail lights are working, we started checking the fuse, good. next we replaced the bulbs, ok here is the kicker we got the drivers side to work by turning the mount back and forth. the contacts are clean that was one step we checked. i tryed to do the same on passenger side but it didn't work that way. i have not tryed a meter yet that is the next step to do tom. what should i try if that does not work? (paying a mechanic is out of the question he has no money) we are going to get this we just need some direction. please help us thank you.
