Brake light sticking??

anyone have this problem also?

sometimes when I park the bike and turn off the engine the brake light (running light) will stay on....I've had to crank up the engine again and turn it off and it goes off...

anyone have this prob before?! i am guessing the dealership will fix it...as it's still under warranty
 
You are turning the key too far backward. Check your owners manual and you will see there is a "park" position on the ignition that is just past the lock position.

Also several people have jammed their ignition and stranded the bike by moving the handlebars when in the lock position (bad design) I would recommend not using the lock position.
