My daughter has a 99 Chevy Lumina that I am having trouble trying to find out why the brake lights are not working. The bulbs are good, the fuses are good, and the brake light switch is good. I am thinking a ground issue, but I am not sure where to look. Has anyone else experienced this problem? Oh, and the "third" brake light works when the brake pedal is pushed.
