I put 30K on the car since i bought it in jan 09. I was told you don't need brakes at every oil change .. so my inspection is due, and i know they HAVE to be low. So, i had someone check them they said they are low but they are actually okay. I Just wanted new ones so they put new brakes on and when i picked my car up i hear this sound when i drive. I called them and i said what the heck is this it sounds like a loose hubcap almost but louder.. it happens braking or not. THey told me the brake clip was rusty and on wrong? He said it was like the brake was rubbing on the rotor. so they fixed it at no charge i pick my car up today, could this really have beent he reason?
