Brain Zaps without changing dosage?

This is my first post, and I searched hoping to find others who had experienced this. I've been taking Paxil for some years now (4? 5yrs?). I'm well aware of brain zaps as even a day off I start getting them..

But in the past week or two, I've been getting brain zaps without missing a dose. I've just moved into a new area, but can't imagine the move has caused the zaps. I haven't had any changes in mood or what not, just the brain zaps. Any idea what could be causing it? I've not found a new doctor yet as we've only been here 3 weeks.
 
i would get zaps when i took paxil if i missed a dose or accidently took an extra pill.
maybe its just time to get your dosage adjusted?
 
Are the pills from the same pharmaceutical company, are they generic? Sometimes from one brand to another their might be a little difference in the dosage.
