1) Choose a number X between 1 and 10.
2) Multiply by 2 -> 2x
3) Add 5 -> 2x +5
4) Multiply by 50 -> (2x +5)50 -> 100x + 250
5) Add 1753 -> 100x + 2003
Subtracting the year of your birth from 2003 ("coincidentally" the current year) gives you 100x + your age. Your age will always be the last two numbers, and your original number x will always be the first.
This will work for any year and any coefficients, you just have to change the '1753' to something else depending on the number you choose.
