Brain fog, tired, cluttered mind . Could it be the food I eat?

I never feel good for a whole day. My mind is f''ed up in one way or another at all times. Sometimes it feels cloudy. Sometimes it's bouncing off the walls. Sometimes I have headaches. I run into people and have to talk to them and I can't snap out of it to act normal for half a second. I run every morning for 30min.. Do you have a clear mind at all times?
