So they want to retell The Odyssey as a futuristic sci-fi movie...

I guess no one in Hollywood has ever heard of the cartoon Uylesses 31? :D
 
I used to love Uylesses 31!

I have to admit, at first I thought this was going to be a thread about them making The Odyssey as a sequel to Troy, in which Pitt played Achillies. Was supremely worried they were going to butcher the story by resurrecting him from the dead, just so Pitt could be in it.
