Saw it last night, there were some very funny moments and very cringe-worthy moments. Also, did anyone else notice how short it was? Some individual btis were funnier than Borat, but as a whole story, Borat is fat better IMO.

Bruno - 7.5/10

It wasn't as funny as Borat but it was still one of the best comedy films in years.

My favourite parts were :-

- Bruno on the talk show. Their reactions were just getting funnier and funnier...
- Bruno in the army
- The video he made for those 'producers' or whatever they were...

The screening I was in, the audience was applauding and cheering when he got 'whipped' out of the window.

Great film. Would like to see it again. :)

was ok, you see the trailer and think WOOAAH! this is gonna be hilarious! but the truth is the trailers and preview clips cover more then half the funny scenes. I was left kind of disapointed after having looked forward to this for months, but it was still a decent film, due to the shocking lengths he would go to. 6/10

According to Wikipedia, it's actually longer than Borat.

Loved the film. Was well worth seeing in a full cinema-the audience were in hysterics, as was I!

It's suppose to be the parts that Sat.D mentioned, and also the miming of the
oral sex part when he sees that man who can talk to the dead, and the Swingers party sex scenes.

For some reason, Vue Cinemas are only showing Bruno:Snipped in a selection of cinemas - which is a major letdown seeing as my local Vue isn't included in the list

Loved the movie , one question to ask in spoiler tags

Is it possible that the 'Straight Dave' character could be made into another movie , or would you think that was a one off as it was played by Bruno ?

True enough but who's to say that some of the non-famous people being laughed at haven't just lost a family member. The message of this film appears to be that Joe public is fair game whereas if you're a celeb you get let of the hook, or in on the joke ie. Bono.

I thought the chat show lot seemed totally real, the Child welfare part didn't and I'm sure the host was in on it, but the reactions from the Audience seemed just like any other US chat show, they were acting for the TV camera's not the film.

Absolutely loved it, thought it was much funnier than Borat.

Favourite bit has to be the casting for the children and that mother agreeing to get her daughter lipo if she can't lose 10lbs in a week. I hope to god she was an actress otherwise she is a severely unfit mother!
