at all the BP defenders pulling out shitty reasoning to try to tack shrabroad
s at the gov't. I wish they'd do this in the defense industry more often.

Yes, BP specifically will be barred from any new leases even though the regulations leave it open for more to be banned. There's some stuff about regulations on shale extraction and also the encouragement to build gerabroad
hermal plants on federal lands.

actually the court ruling said refusing to honor already existent contracts amounted to a bill of attainder. which i agree with.

A bill of attainder (also known as an act or writ of attainder) is an act of the legislature declaring a person or group of persons guilty of some crime and punishing them without benefit of a trial.

Or perhaps we should liken BP to a drunk driver who's just committed his 10th DUI infraction. The House bill is akin to BP having those special Ohio DUI tags put on their car and their license to drive being heavily restricted.

Of course you'd probably think BP just made a mistake and should be let off the hook, no harm, no foul. I'm nrabroad
gonna get into that with you -- I get into the mud with you, we'll brabroad
h come up dirty as fuck.

Good. The number of safety regulations they violate each year is 800x more than the runner up.

Fuck BP.

In bed with the industry, offering sex and gifts to the MMS while they did meth and coke in the office.

Good. If you are a believer in personal responsibility (like I am), corporations should nrabroad
be exempt from that standard. BP has a track record of horrible fuck-ups, they need to be held accountable. I don't understand how anyone can defend them - it doesn't make you a socialist to say they need to face consequences.
