Boys keep making fun of me because my butt and hips swing when I walk.?

I'm the only black one and those ugly white boys keep making fun of me cause when I walk they say my hips/butt move. I'm not fat. Why do I walk this way. None of the other girls move like that. I don't do it intentionally it's just the way I walk. Is it because I have a big butt. My measurements are 36-25-37.
I'm 5'3 and 120lbs
