Boyfriend's Birthday: Universal or Busch Gardens?

I want to surprise my boyfriend on his birthday, so I'd like some input on which of these I should choose. We live in Orlando and have been to Universal a few times, but have only been to Busch Gardens once or twice.

If we do go to Universal, we'll see the Blue Man Group. I get a huge student discount, so we could do this later if I decide on Busch Gardens.

What are your opinions? :)
