Boyfriend constantly complains about me being irritating?

He always has this complaint. He just tells me so much how irritating and annoying I am. Sometimes just to keep me quiet he tells me that he is going to leave me because how irritating he finds me. I think he says this only because sometimes I complain about things that he dont want to hear about. We are home pretty much all the time together. He tells me sometimes that I watch too much tv because i always want to lay next to him or by him. I just find comfort in this. I like being around and near him. And also says that this isn't how a relationship is suppose to be because of those things.Says I dont give him space. Please help. I need some advice I want to fix this problem because I dont want to lose him. Thanks for the advice. We have been together over 5 years.
I am not overweight. I am in great shape and go to the gym several times a week. My appearanvce is not at all a problem!
