Boy crying when arguing with parents?

Many wouldn't say this but..im 18 now (boy) and since i was a kid i had problem that i cry when arguing seriously with parents,i don't have with no one else only with my parents,now i was wondering is there any way to stop that cause frankly its starting to annoy me

The reason you cry is probably because ...you don't have the skills to explain/express yourself. So it's time you got these skills....self improvement classes or read some self help books.

Learn how to control your emotions or don't let an argument get so serious.

Have one of your rents to video you doing that and watch it. See if that does give you a reality check.
