bowel loops in foetal abdomen

my wife is 37 week pregnent and in the ultra sound scan an prominent bowel loops are noted in foetal abdomen. is it any thing serious?. The doctor said after the delevar we can take an ultra sound can for the baby and have further clarification. the foetus growth is 35 weeks and weight is 2589gm. can you please give an advice . manoj
