Okay, hey guys. 
I'm wondering, are there any specific exercises with the bow flex that might work better than others? I only work my biceps, triceps, pecks, and abs (generally the upper body I guess) because of my lower back problems, but I'm curious to any specific exercisesthat might have the best results.
