Boulevard Emblem Patches

Anyone out there know where to find Boulevard Embroidered patches. Would like to have one big enought to go across the back of a denim shirt and smaller one above the pocket. Found a .jpg on the net and sent to some custom shops and they wanted $300 to setup the artwork. The actual embroidery would be around $25-$50.

Maybe you could take that JPG and print it out on some transfer paper. I think any printer can do it, you just need special transfer paper (electronics or computer shops should have some). Then, take the shirt to a sewing shop and have them sew over it in the right places. The transfer would act like a template. Even if it has to be hand sewn it should be cheaper than $300.

You could do it straight on to the shirt or on to some other material to make a patch.
