BOUGHT SHIRT OFF AWFUL EBAY SELLER....?

Awful ebay seller ................?

I purchased a Man U shirt off ebay on the 15th of May and it is coming from England but i live in Spain so i gave plenty of time for it to arrive as the only reason i was purchasing it was for the Champions leauge final match. I am 17 and i only had 25 pounds saved up so i bought it because time was running out and i couldn't find another- I purchased an away shirt which said it was Brand New with Tags ect ect. I told him that i wanted it for the 28th and he said no problem. He stopped replying to my emails and he didn't send the item until 3 days later. It seemed likely that it would still arrive in time but then i saw on his feedback that items had come from china ect and not london where he says. Thialand and places like that. I asked him twice and he ignored me so i opened a case and he said that it has been sent abroad to do the lettering on the back as he can't do that, I am fuming as he knew that and he didn't say anything to me. I wouldn't have bought it if i knew. Now i am not going to get it in time for sure. I also saw on his feedback, many people have recieved FAKES. i am so angry. There is no way i can get one now in time.

What should i do?
 
ok, first of all UK ROYAL MAIL wont accept an item is lost for 14 days, so the seller shouldnt have promised you the shirt in the time frame he did,

you have LOTS of courses of redress to go down here
and WHAT kind of complaint you file will depict the outcome

PLEASE do not file yet

if you wish, you can message me the seller, and let me check him out for you
that will tell me what you should file
some you will need to pay to return it to get a refund, some you wont

if you dont wish to disclose the seller i understand though
 
You should always read the sellers feedback before you purchase anything from them. All you can do is report him to Ebay and walk away with a good lesson learned.
