bought two ringtones plus 1 song from itunes.....synced my phone and they did not transfer to correct files......now all 3 sitting in music ipod section and cant use as ringtones......tried converting to m4r files on my desktop and dragging into the ringtones file...one did....two original ringtone files wont even tho i have checked they all have the right files and are def ringtones now and under 20 secs....help!
