I bought a car 3 months ago, I got it with open title, and never tried to register and never used this car... 1 month ago I decided to sell it... I sold to person.... He filled out title with his name... Today he came to me and told me that he can't register car because it's on lein... and company who own the car wants get it back... and no money refund... he wants money from me... What can I do in this situation? I didn't sign anything or put my name....
