and its been wrecked.? Im very upset, I payed $14,200 for this car. I got a carfax report, everything was good. Im looking for something a little bigger, so I took the car to carmax to see how much it had depreciated in the 1 month that I owned it. After a hour the guy at carmax told me that he couldn't even sell my car, they would have to take it to auction. They offered me $5000 for it. In disbelief I took it to a different dealership and they told me the same thing. The right side of the car had been repainted. Which makes them think its been in a accident Is there anything that I can do? Will the dealership refund my money or at least some of it. The car does have a warranty of 100,000 miles. Everything in the contract says the car is in excellent shape has never had flood or any other type of damage. What can I do I don't want a car that has been wrecked, and has depreciated $9,000 in 4 weeks. PLEASE HELP! thanks!!
Im trying to get a cheaper 4 door car, not looking to throw money away! It just sucks im 22 saved my money for 4 years to be able to buy a nice car, and I get a wrecked one. I didnt know I needed to take it to a bodyshop to make sure it hasnt been wrecked. I figured at a highend Cadillac dealership I wouldnt have to worry about these problems. But I guess that I should know these things
