i had a stroke some time ago want to know if botox will help get hand and or finger movement back? i have been told that if injected in the fingers wrist elbow the arm stops being a foriegn object and ca very well get back to normal i would love nothing more than to do this but are there risks to such a procedure? if so what would they be? is this something to follow up on or just wishful thinking
