When i click the icon for either one, it comes up with the error message
"Internet explorer(or google chrome) has encountered a problem and needs to close. we are sorry for the inconvenience. I've tried retstarting, ans shutting down mulitple times to no avail.
I'm not really sure what to do, The internet on my desktop and other laptop is fine though.
Please help, i need internet for my school tomorrow!
i cant get onto the internet at all, so there is no way for me to install anything.
I cant install anti virus or anything without chrome or explorer. they both crash when i click the icon.
It is a school computer, i cant download things like that anyway
