Borders Sucks

I bought a few books a while back, I believe December 15th, and they still haven't even shipped. I don't understand why it takes two weeks just to take a book, and put it into a box, then ship it out. It's not even the mail company. Cause they've yet to even ship it. Their still busying taking the order. I'll never do business with these lazy asses again.
 
I order from borders all the time and they're never slow to ship. Then again, I always pay for the faster shipping. Have you taken in to account the Holiday season? Mail does run a bit slow this time of year, as do other businesses. Perhaps your items were back ordered?
 
Maybe it was just those items; I ordered a set of hard backs for my girlfriend and they arrived in under four days. I also orderd a few things from Amazon (same company) and they arrived yesterday. It only took three days for me to receive them. But then again, like I said, I never use the default shipping method.
