I was wondering,(excluding the powers of the skill tree) if a class in borderlands uses a gun that is out of its proficiency will the damage be the same as the class that that weapon is in its proficiency or will the class that the gun is in its proficiency have a damage increase and the class that the gun is not in its proficiency the damage will lower , because the weapon proficiency doesn't mean if they use a weapon that is not in there area the damage will be decreased, right?
